What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 20 pieces per style, and you can mix any sizes and colors within that style. This flexibility helps small boutiques or new brands start easily without large inventory pressure.
How do I place a wholesale order?
We’ve made our process frictionless, just for you. You have two easy options:
Order Online: Once your wholesale account is active, you can browse, add items to your cart, and check out just like on a regular e-commerce site.
Email Us: You can always email us at info@spicyandshiny.com with your list of items, and we’ll be happy to create a custom order form for you.
How do I see your wholesale prices?
All wholesale prices are visible once you are logged in to your approved wholesale account. This protects our pricing and ensures it’s for our retail partners only.
How long does shipping and production take?
Our team processes and packs all in-stock orders within 3-5 business days. After that, our standard air shipping (via partners like UPS, FedEx, and DHL) typically takes 10-15 business days to be delivered to your doorstep in the USA and Canada. For Custom orders: production takes around 10–20 days depending on complexity.
What are your payment terms?
For all in-stock items, we require 100% payment at the time of order. For larger, customized (private label) orders, we require a 30% deposit to begin production and the 70% balance before shipment. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other digital payments.
Do you offer free shipping for wholesale orders?
Yes! We currently offer free shipping for wholesale orders to the USA and Canada. For other countries, we’ll provide a shipping quote after you place your order.
Do you offer custom designs or private labeling?
Absolutely. We love partnering with brands. We offer full customization and private labeling services. Since MOQs can vary based on the item and design, please email us at info@spicyandshiny.com to discuss your project.
Can I use your product photos for my store's website and social media?
Yes, of course. We’re happy to support our retailers. We can share high-resolution product photos via Google Drive upon request. Just send us an email — we usually respond within 24 hours.
What is your policy on returns or damaged items?
Your trust is our top priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right—guaranteed. Due to the nature of wholesale, we cannot accept general returns on unsold items.
